Among those who have sought to become part of this package are the organisations released from the Kosovo Liberation Army war.
The KLA war veterans' organisation, led by Hysni Gucatin, has asked the Government for war veterans to have a bonus of 100 euros, as well as several other demands. Not including them and the neglect the state is currently doing to them, according to Gucatt it will lead to protests.
Gucati, in a campaign for IndexOnline, has shown that KLA veterans, even currently, with the money they receive from the state of 170 euros, are unable to carry out their obligations and expenses, leave them now.
The troubled shell has received news that the KLA's OVL will not be included in this emergency package, and according to him, the country's executive does not recognise the merits of those who gave everything for the days we enjoy today.
” I talked to Gazmend Syla. She told me they weren't involved. This government doesn't know these people who contributed, who gave their limbs to this country, this has been our request to get help and we've asked for at least two months to push their credit because we know that many of them are on credit. We also requested that payment be paid for two months”, Gucati said.
He has called this government decision shameful.
“The answers we received, that these categories are not included, and are not in our plan. This is a shame for a minister who says they cannot be included, that is the greatest shame there is for a government”, Gucati stressed.
Gucati has also commented on the departure of lawyer Gazmend Halilaj, who the previous day said that because of this OV leadership requirement L KLA will leave this organisation and all its structures.
“Gazmend Haliljan I don't know, with us is neither a member nor involved, it can be a veterans, it's his right, it's not part of any structural. It has its right to claim”, Gucati said.
He has sent an appeal to incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti, telling him not to take advantage of the pandemic situation, as he and other veterans, to challenge this contempt, will turn out to protest.

We remember that the veterans' case and the verification of their long-standing lists has been a lead in Kosovo, much of a rumor about the flow of these lists. Currently from the Kosovo state budget, about 400,000 veterans are paid.
