It through a Facebook post has clarified the satellite's location as it announced that “Starlink is a satellite grid being built by the American company SpaceX to secure satellite internet lock”.
This net will consist of thousands of small satellites. SpaceX also plans to sell some of the satellites for military, scientific or exploratory purposes. By April 16, 2020, SpaceX has launched 362 Starlink satellites. They plan to launch 60 satellites with Falcon 9, every two weeks in 2020. In total, nearly 12,000 satellites are planned to be placed initially, with the potential to increase by 42,000. 12,000 initial satellites are scheduled to orbit three orbital missiles...”, he explained.
