KED workers are taking maximum care that no one remains without electricity

Despite the pandemic now prevalent for weeks, KED workers on the ground have never stopped. Just for consumers to have an unabated supply of electricity in these difficult times for all, the KED teams have been constantly interfering on the ground. Thanks to their interventions and the maximum commitment of the company to continue in the service of the consumers, the supply of electricity is continuous. Even when there is a defect, it is being made hot.

There's a full disproportional area that's constantly interventioning and monitoring from the center that everything is okay and the Call Center is responding to each of the citizens' concerns through their constant calls.

The demand for electricity with reduced economic activities has been reduced for commercial consumers, but has increased significantly over the domestic levels, due to citizens' stay in domestic isolation. But, KEDS/ KESCO has taken measures by providing abundant energy for everyone.

In parallel with basic operations providing stable electricity supplies, KEDS has taken all safeguard clauses to the virus, given the Government of Kosovo's decisions and guidelines of the National Institute of Public Health.

Workers are equipped with all protective equipment, as are clear instructions on how to handle any situation that may arise.
