Kastrati: The results of 40 tests in Kamenica are expected today

Of these cases infected with Avid 19, there has been a five - month - old baby who was first treated at the Infectious Clinic, who is already being treated in domestic conditions in isolation itself.

“Diku about 160 cases have been made in the municipality of Kamenica. These are the hot spots, it was Topanica, it was specific that the first person had no symptoms and had not been tested for long. While talking about respecting measures, he considers that a mistake has been made when it is set up for them, taking into account their constitutionality.

There's been a mistake here, the way this thing is set up. Today, the government has made a decision, lawyers and experts consider it to be not constitutional. This has caused a problem or difficulties in terms of institutions to undertake measures. Now, we've seen that the inspectorate should serve the sentences, but to be honest, I think it's the consciousness of the citizens that I consider that the measures are being respected well and more is self-aware and careful how much we can as institutions to do something while you've had some uncertainty that the first time it came out no constitutional and the second time it was sent to the Constitutional Court”, Kastrati adds.
