Italy, 1 positive on 27 tests, lowest number from the beginning of the pandemic

Italy has also recorded a high number of victims from Covid-19, 416 in the last 24 hours, but new cases have marked a drastic decline during today.

In the last 24 hours, the new cases with the number of tests were 1 in 27 tests, the lowest number since the beginning of the pandemic. The cures today have also been 222, while the sick in intensive therapy have dropped dramatically.

Of the 2357 positive tests that have resulted today, most continue to be in the northern region of Lombardy with 713 cases.

But it still records 30.2% cases less than yesterday in this region. The regions that continue to have high levels of positive cases are always the northern ones, where the Piedmont region today has had 239 new cases, 604 registered in Emilia Romagna and 162 in Venice.
