Ismail Syla: Kurti fell by as many votes as the Constitution can be changed, which makes it completely downloaded.

The country's president's adviser, Hashim Thaci, Ismail Syla, has said that by as many votes as Albin Kurti has received for his dismissal, they make the prime minister fully eligible and not prime minister in office.

In a Facebook text, Syla has said how morally and constitutionally, Government can form another majority.
