The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has authorised the Kosovo Police to launch investigations into the person who through the social network has offended a woman violated during the war in Kosovo, calling her a prostitute, only because she criticised incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
In a media report, the key prosecutor reports he has asked the Cyber Crimes Investigation Unit of Kosovo Police to verify the account, named Patris Bond, on the social Facebook network.
This account is closed immediately and there is no longer this profile on the social Facebook network.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina reports the public opinion that he has authorized the Kosovo Police today for the investigative action company regarding the article published at the Indescsonline portal “as low as possible, the commentator calls Kosovo war violence as a property, except for reacting to Albin Kurti”.
Through the social network “facebook”, a person from his profile named Patris Bond has seriously offended a survivor of sexual violence in Kosovo, so that according to the first official information, the profile with that name is closed and no longer figures into the social network “Facebook”, therefore, the State Prosecutor has authorised the Cyber Crimes Investigation Unit to the Kosovo Police, to verify this account and undertake investigative actions in the function of identification and suspects, so has initiated the criminal act <x4m> from the 182nd Penal Code of Kosovo.
