Infectian Krasniqi: 72-year-old man who passed away today had other associated diseases

Infectian Valbon Krasniqi stressed that the person who's passed away “also had other associated diseases”.

The patient who passed away today had other associated diseases. At the Infectious Clinic, we have 41 patients affected by Covid 19. Five of them have oxygen therapy, and two others are in intensive care, while their condition is critical”.

Other patients are in good condition. Those patients in critical condition are of late age. They have other accompanying diseases, which add to their plight. We're doing everything we can to provide your medical assistance”.

Krasniqi, in the special edition in Klan Kosova, has said that so far they have managed to manage the number of patients laid down at the Infectious Clinic.

The Infectious Clinic currently has 125 available beds, while two other clinics have been released. We have 250 ready beds at the moment. Fortunately, there was no need to be used. So far we're dealing with the capabilities of this clinic”.

According to Krasniqi, the problem for transmitting the virus is family gatherings.

In almost all Kosovo municipalities, all infected are family. Small family gatherings have become a problem in transmitting the virus, not excluding other” forms.

We don't have any information that people are avoiding tests for Individual 19. We're seeing no arrangements to stay home are being respected. We are also looking at roads with plenty of vehicles and people surrounding”, Krasniqi said, appealing for increased caution by citizens.
