Full announcement:
21 years, 1641 unknown fates.
The Serbian aggression gave our Republic many wounds, but the wounds of the unscathed are among the worst.
Material damage was repaired, the victims of the fallen were buried with dignity, and every time we humble ourselves before them with the pits, but the fate of the found ones is not solved.
This moral and national obligation to the missing and their families as a state has yet to be fulfilled. Finding the answer to our 1641 questions is not a patriotic responsibility for all, and for institutions in particular.
Today we pray for them and their families! They are our heroes! They will not be forgotten, nor will they be forgiven!
