Hoti: New government to be voted against violating any letter of constitution

Avdullah Hoti, mandated for prime minister, has said his government will be voted democraticly in the Kosovo Assembly. He says no letter of the Constitution will be affected. He writes: The legislation of Kosovo's executive institutions, through the vote of the new government, will occur democratically through [the] vote.

No letter of the Constitution will be violated, but instead, it will be respected.
