Haxhiu on charges: Thaci is hiding the second letter that Mustafa sent him.

Haxhiu has declared that Thaci is acting contrary to the Constitutional Court's act.

“Today, there have been seven days since President Thaci outside constitutional authorisations and contrary to the Constitutional Court's act of judgment, gathered political parties and warned unconstitutional actions to create a new Government. Since that day, Thaci has sent two letters to LDK chairman Isa Mustafa, with the hint to request the mandater's proposal for prime minister. But the country's citizens, media and general public have not seen these letters”, she has written, while stating she is becoming multiple offenses.

Even convinced themselves they are committing multiple constitutional violations of the constitution are trying to leave no trace and eliminate them, hiding letters and constitutional basis that they do not have. Not today, neither the president nor the LDK have published these letters, their contents, and on which article or paragraph of the Constitution is based for such an act. If Hashim Thaci, Isa Mustafa and Avdullah Hoti think they have constitutional grounds for their actions, why aren't the letters publicising and why are they fleeing transparency?!
