Haradinaj: Move-limit decision cannot be implemented, fired government is violating constitution

Alliance for the Future of Kosovo Chairman Ramush Haradinaj has said the dismissed government is the main violator of the country's Constitution.

He has rejected the Ministry of Health's new decision about new measures dealing with limiting citizens' movement.

Haradinaj has said such a decision cannot be implemented and that citizens have been violated rights.

According to him, they have been unable to perform basic duties at a time set for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The country's constitution is protected by its violators. The dismissed government is its main violator. After the Constitutional Court ruling, this government is recivilistic in violation.

The decision on this restriction is not a decision that belongs to the specifics of our country. This decision made its implementation impossible by institutions.

Citizens have been violated according to specifications and unable to perform basic duties at the appointed time of an hour and 30 minutes.

We invite the banned government to respect the Constitution and implement the laws in the country.
