Former Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has said that a series of reciprocity measures existed in his tax decision, in 2018.
Therefore, Haradinaj says, Kurti has removed the tax at no cost and is deceiving the people with reciprocity.
He writes:
My decision on 21.11.2018, in which the tax is imposed 100% on Serbian products, at point 3 and 4 envisions a set of reciprocity measures owed to Dogana, Market Inspectorate and Communist Inspectorates, to impose all economic operators to avoid all products which, on their label or declaration, have content: Importor/Distributor/Distributor/Representative/or otherwise, for and at “Kosovo and Metohija”, “Kosovo Unmik”” Kosovova 1244x5>, “Cosovo Resolution 1244, as well as those in which use only the names of cities without the name of the state or any other name in opposition to the constitutional appointment of the Republic of Kosovo.
This confirms that Albin Kurti has removed the tax without honor and countervalue, and it deceives the people with reciprocity, which has already only existed in the tax decision.
