Bedri Hamza, chairman of the PDK Parliamentary Group at a media conference, has said he was not allowed to go further.

He has said that across the globe, across Europe and the region, most states have established legal grounds.
“We requested procedure. Bills have been sent to the Parliament and have met the formal side to be dealt with. There have been cases from the past when procedure motions have been voted into” laws, he said.
