Minister Theocharis said Greece has welcomed tourists for more than 50 years and that it wants to continue to show the hospitality it is known for, writes “CNN”, Report Express.
He added that tourists should feel secure in Greece because the state will take strict measures to prevent the spread of the coronary. “Greece is a safe place and in many cases more secure than your country, I regret to say this”, he told British public broadcaster.
Theocharis also said he hopes health technology will be even more advanced at the time when summer season begins so that safer tourist trips can be made.
