Arben Gecaj, the member of the Steering Council and director of the Democratic Party of Kosovo institute, accuses the dismissed Prime Minister Kurti of “of cullusion” in the north.
In a post on the social facebook network, Gecaj, who once was temporarily one of the main activists of Vetevendosje Movement, reminds Kurti of the promised 13-point plan for the north.
He writes that “for years we've heard him say north, 13-point plan and then tap in the prime minister's chair and released the northern dung. ”
Gecaj recalls that LVV has announced this 13-point plan in 2012 for the expansion of sovereignty in the north, and for years it has promoted it as a solution to the problem.
But according to him, Kurti has deceived that when he became prime minister instead of implementing this pledged plan, he has allowed the return and empowerment of parallel structures in the north.
The dismissed Prime Minister Kurti criticised Haradinaj for issuing shit in terms of demarcation, but forgot to mention how he released the northern dung himself. For years we've heard it say north, north, plan 13 points and then tap the prime minister's chair and let out the northern shit. The best evidence of fraud that has done to Kosoa's electorate, the dismissed Prime Minister Kurti, is the difference between his stance towards recent developments in northern Kosovo and the 13-point plan for the north.
This very controversial plan with 13 points mentioned endlessly since 2012, aimed at extending state sovereignty to the northern part of Kosovo. Not only has he taken no step to implement any of the 13 points of Vetevendosje's plan for northern integration but has handed over sovereignty to Serbia and reinvigorated Serb parallel structures. With his silence at the deployment of Belgrade's police hour in the north, as well as the quarantine of two northern Mitrovica and Leposaviqi municipalities, as well as with permission granted to Serbia's officials to enter and operate in Kosovo, he is seriously jeopardising the partition of Kosovo.
This is the 13-point plan of the Movement Vetevendosje, which remains a promise on paper and words on the wind.
