As the number of Coronavirus affected increased in Kosovo, the US Embassy in Pristina has come up with advice about maintaining health and avoiding this dangerous disease that has now affected almost the whole world.

In a Facebook post, the U.S. Embassy has come up with advice on how to be on guard during a period of COVID-19 pandemic.

-Prohibit the spread of germs in your home. If a family member is ill with COVID-19, they should stay in a separate room and use a special bath (if possible).

-Smang sharing of dishes, towels and bed.

- Keep a face mask if possible.

Learn more about caring for a sick person:

Most people who piss on COVID-19 will have only mild illnesses and should be healed at home. Home care can help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and help protect people who are in danger of being seriously ill by COVID-19.

If you are caring for someone at home, monitor signs of urgency, prevent the spread of germs, treat the symptoms, and consider them carefully when you end your isolation at home.

Older people and people of any age of certain serious medical conditions, such as lung disease, heart disease, or diabetes, are at greater risk of developing more serious complications from COVID-19 and should seek care as soon as the symptoms begin.

COVID-19 spreads among people who are in close contact (in about 20 meters) by means of respiratory spray produced when an infected person is speaking, sneezing, or talking. Recent studies show that people who are infected but have no symptoms are likely to play a role in the spread of COVIDD-19.

Monitor the person to make the symptoms worse. Know the signs of emergency warning.

They have contact information available to their healthcare provider.

If they get sick, call their healthcare provider and inform the delivery personnel they have or are suspected of having COVID-19.

When to Seek Medical Attention?

If you develop urgent warning signs for COVIED-19, take medical care immediately. Emergency warning signs include:

Hard Breathing

Persistent Pain or Heart Pressure

Confusion

Lip or blue face

* This list is not comprehensive. Please consult your medical provider for any other symptoms that are serious or disturbing.

Prevent the spread of germs when caring for someone who is sick

Make the person stay in one room, away from other people, including himself, as much as possible.

If possible, let them use a bathroom on their own.

Avoid sharing personal household items, such as dishes, towels, and a bed

And make them wear the face of clothing that covers their noses, even if they are around people.

The sick can't wear a face covered with rags, you have to wear one while you're in the same room with them.

If the sufferer is to be around others (within the house, in a vehicle, or in a doctor's office), they must wear a rag that covers their mouth and nose.

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after interacting with the sick person. If soap and water are not available, use a hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol.

Cover all the surfaces of your hands and rub them until they feel dry.

Avoid eye, nose, and mouth touch.

Every day, clean up all often affected surfaces, such as sports, signs, and palms.

Use the medicine, or housekeeping, as instructed by the label.

Wash your clothes completely.

If the laundry is polluted, wear available gloves and keep the dirty items away from your body while cleaning. Wash your hands once you've removed your gloves.

Avoid any unnecessary visitors.

For any additional questions related to their care, contact their health care provider or state health department or local.

Make sure that the sick person drinks plenty of fluids to stay hydrated and rest at home.

Nonprescription drugs can help with symptoms.

For most people, symptoms last several days and improve after a week.

When does isolation end at home?

People with COVIDD-19 are housebound can stop house isolation in the following conditions:

If they do not have a test to determine if they are infected, they may leave the house after these three things have happened:

They have no fever for at least 72 hours (three full days without a fever without the drug they use to reduce fever)

Other symptoms have improved (for example, when their cough or panting has improved)

It's been at least seven days since the first showing of their symptoms.

If they are tested to determine if they are still infected, they can leave the house after these three things have happened:

They no longer have a fever.

Other symptoms have improved (for example, when their cough or panting has improved)

Have two consecutive negative tests within 24 hours.
