Elez: Serbia has committed 30 BIA agents to destabilise northern Kosovo

Serbia is trying to exploit the situation created in Kosovo's north after the cases emerged by coronavirus.

According to Bedri Elez, director of the Kosovo Institute for International Studies, this should be handled with vigilance by security institutions in Kosovo.
