Adelina Rexhepi-Braha, psychologist and head of social work at this institution, has said that during the pandemic, most parents are unable to physically meet children. According to her, this psychological condition often burdens children, who look forward to their parent's day, reports KOHA.
According to her, marriage mates in Kosovo face challenges after divorce, so neither children are prepared for it.
On the other hand, there are individuals who even during the pandemic allowed the child's contact with the other parent. Robert George of Ferizaj said he allowed his 10-year-old son to meet his mother whenever he wanted to.
Meanwhile, Health and Social Management Director in the Ferizaj municipality, Bekim Ademi, has said that all these families, as necessary, are supported by food and hygiene packages.
The Ferizaj Centre for Social Work has a record of over 40 divorce subjects, and under normal circumstances it is also binding for parents to make contact with their children.
