This conclusion was reached after a study by Harvard published in the Science newspaper a few days ago. This study conflicts with what the White House says, that the virus can stop over the summer.
The Harvard team of researchers used what is known so far for Covid-19 and other coronarys to create possible scenarios about this pandemic.
Social design will be something that will continue until 2022 unless a vaccine or a good drug is found to treat this virus. Even if the virus disappeared, we should be vigilant to observe it because it is likely to be resurrected and such a situation can continue until 2024.
They say that if distance is the appropriate measure to keep the virus out, this will have to be followed for years. Something like that has profound negative consequences in economics, societies and education.
The researchers ' hope is to find out as soon as possible the trajectory of this pandemic and then identify ways to fight it or keep it under control.
For now, as the most powerful measure against this war, they consider social isolation and distance.
