What is known about the dentist who killed 16 people in Canada?

Dentist Gabriel Worthman (51, who was disguised as a police officer, is responsible for killing 16 people in Canada's Nova Scotia province in a 12-hour struggle.

This attack is being described as the most important in this country's modern history, Reuters writes, broadcasts Klan Kosova.

Among the victims was police officer Heidi Stevenson, a 23-year-old veteran and two children.

Canadian authorities have announced that Gabriel Wortman was armed when he appeared in a police uniform. He also had well camouflaged his car in order to look like a police vehicle.

Authorities have also indicated that they have ended the threat posed by Wortman who is already dead, but have not confirmed that police have shot him.

So far there is no indication that this attack involves terrorism. And so far it has not been proven that there was any visible link between Worman and his victims.
