Coronavirus in Turkey, 400 people arrested for distributing provocative internet posts

Over 400 people have fallen into Turkish police handcuffs for distributing provocative news and content related to COVID-19 pandemic. Turkish Interior Minister announced today that in the past 42 days, 6,362 accounts on social networks have been considered.
Of them, 855 have been identified who had distributed provocative posts, while 402 persons were arrested.
Authorities have launched an operation to identify these people who share false information with malicious intent by spreading panic among citizens.
Turkey has so far scored over 2,800 victims and about 110,000 infected across the country.
