More than nine out of 10 people who die in Corleone have a basic health condition, figures from the Office for National Statistics show.
ONS saw nearly 4,000 deaths during March in England and Wales, where the coronavirus was mentioned in the death certificate.
In 91% individuals had other health problems.
The most common was heart disease, followed by malaria and respiratory disease.
The average number of conditions that those dying had 2.7.
