Fifteen new Corleone cases in Albania total the number of infected

Dr. Eugene Tomini of the Public Health Institute gave details:

Over the last 24 hours, 259 people suspected of COVID-19 have been tested. Of the total number of suspected cases, 36 health personnel have been tested, which have resulted negative for Sars-Cov2.

The test results have confirmed 15 positive cases with COVID19.

Of the total new cases of 9 cases are in Tirana, all contact of previous cases, 2 cases are in Mirday, 1 in Shkodra, 1 in Kukes, 1 in Has and 1 in Kurbin.

So far, 6768 suspected cases have been tested and they are confirmed positive with COVID-19, 678 cases, so about 10% of the total cases tested.

Over the past 24 hours, nine other patients have been added to the list of cures, bringing the total healing from COVID-19 to 394 or 58.1% of the total affected.

Currently in our country 257 or 41.9% of the total affected are active persons with COVIDD19, and the percentage of recoverys is seen as higher. This tendency is already stable.

We inform you that there are currently 30 patients who are in intensive therapy at effective service.
