Global experts are divided over how many infectious asimptomatic carriers can be.
China has seen a decline in the number of infections and deaths in recent weeks, reports the BBC.
The latest official figures showed 36 new cases Tuesday, down from 48 days earlier. All but one of the cases have been imported, bringing the total number of cases imported to 806.
One 130 other asimtomatic cases were reported, with officials stating 1,367 such cases were under surveillance.
