State emergency services have shown that three new fires have erupted, which are neither large nor threatening.
“Niveli radioactive at Kiev and the Kiev region is within normal borders,” said Volodymyr Demchuk, director of the Emergency Response Service, in a video statement.
According to him, more than 1,000 people are working to extinguish the fire.
