Also, a patient suspected of COVID-19 from the city of Kline has been operated at the Mitrovica Hospital and until the results of his trial return, we have no assurance that the next medical team is safe.
So because of this situation, I ask the citizens of Mitrovica to avoid most visits to Mitrovica Hospital until Wednesday evening, unless they have emergencies. I also ask the citizens of other cities, who, as long as they can avoid services at the Mitrovica Hospital and head directly to SSKKUK, as our hospital is facing difficulties in providing healing after the last cases of”, writes Bahtiri.
He also announces that tomorrow at 11:00, he has invited an emergency meeting of the Mitrovica municipality's Emergency Staff, which will also take part in the director of Mitrovica Hospital, from which we will come up with a common stance on the created situation, where further steps to manage the situation will be made known.
We are very much hoping that Mitrovica will pass this pandemic without anyone infected with COVID-19”, Bahtiri concludes.
