AV ONET: Government is neglecting test work, creates concern for citizens

The AVONET NGO network is carefully conveying the situation created after the country's pandemic, with particular emphasis on the importance of adequate measures in preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus, which
It means increasing preventive measures and other institutional actions, which clearly notes that adequate and favourable measures in this regard have taken local institutions rather than central ones.

Even though municipalities have lacked basic support, such as masks and gloves from the Ministry of Health and this lack of support goes on, when we are already in the fourth week since marking the first cases with Covid-19 in our country.

The government of the Republic of Kosovo, namely, the Health Ministry has been delayed to prepare preventive measures and also on tests.

AV ONET with concern is constantly seeing that the IKSHPK, it's failing to increase the number of suspected tests, and that creates a concern not only in families potentially that can be infected, but also in any citizen, all of this is due to the poor management of the Government of Kosovo, namely the Ministry of Health. Besides the citizens' panic over the spread of the COVID-19 virus, a major concern remains the lack of tests.

So such a continuation creates the possibility that this situation will have life expectancy and create serious situations in the country, both in health and economic terms.

Mastic microbiology laboratory in IKSHPK until the date of 06.04.20, has tested a total of 2,093 suspicious samples in the SARS-CV-2 virus, and of them, positive result in a total of 165 cases of death, which have had other accompanying diseases.
