ATK reports free movement certificate mode

ATK emphasises that downloading “Certifixate for employed” made via electronic system MDI will only be available to commercial companies that are registered in the Agency for Registering Business in Kosovo, and which are permitted according to the Ministry of Economy, Labour, Trade, Industry, Strategic Investments, Primary Code or Secondary of the event.

The Kosovo Tax Administration announces that the document should then be sealed.

The downloaded “Document, then you need to seal it and sign it and as such along with the official ID and ID (identification card) of the employees (if there are), it will serve as permission to circulate and only under the work tasks performed. So this document for other reasons cannot be used”, says the notice further.

ATK has published on its official page the list of codes that are allowed by MEPTINIS.
