The Institute for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption in Gjakova has arrested two people suspected of criminal acts misusing official position or authority and taking bribes.
After receiving information from the case complainer, Kosovo police have applied the secret measures of the investigation, exactly “simulated acquisition”, with the cerrast being arrested in the falgaarza, an accountant who from the complainer had accepted 500 euros, money which was accepted for the other suspect, ATK inspector.
During the implementation of this warrant, another suspect, ATK inspector, has been arrested.
Regarding the case, the suspected persons arrested are D. F. (1977) and B. H. (1990).
After interviewing the suspects, in consultation with the competent prosecutor, under his ruling suspect D.F. ATK inspector has been detained in custody while suspect B.H. has been released in regular procedure.
