An Albanian citizen reportedly stabbed a seven-year-old girl playing with a scooter in front of her father.
British authorities have detained an Albanian immigrant after he shot the little girl to death in the neck, reports Top-Channel accompanying Klan Kosova.
British police have contacted counterparts in Tirana for help after the author of crime with the E.S. initials turns out to be home from a town in northern Albania.
Emergency teams arrived at the scene at Queen Park in Bolton near Greater Manchester around 2:35.
Emily was immediately taken to Hospital Royal Hospital Hospital, but lost her life in 15:56 minutes.
Alan Walsh, who is leading the investigation after this murder, said this event was the most tragic in his entire 20-year career.
Arrested for this crime, Albanian E. S, 30, who had no recognition with the victim's family, is being kept in a safe environment under English Mental Health Act law.
