Headship member Vesel Makolli told Online Economy that the AKR will be part of the government without any conditions.
Makolli said they're waiting for the president to take the next steps. He said that legislatively and constitutionally the AKR will contribute to the country's coming out of the crisis.
I am not sure that the AKR leader is out of the country. He probably contacted her. But anyway, we are to be institutional and we respect legislative and constitutional rules. We're gonna contribute to the country getting out of this situation.
The country's “institutions, the Assembly, the Constitutional Court functions as well as the president as well. So we have to let this situation be solved institutionally according to legislative regulations and according to Constitution”.
“doesn't make us electrocute the measures or seek justice in the street, that it's a lynching form and doesn't belong to democracy. I'm surprised by some individuals or leaders who seek justice outside the” institutions.
The AKR secretary said the Constitutional Court should have the final decision and should be respected, the EO reports.
When the Constitutional Court decides whether to propose the president or not, it should be respected as well. We have to take example, we have the example of electing President Allgory and Bush when the Constitutional Court decides and nothing to anyone. All these will be settled institutionally”, he said.
Furthermore, Makolli stressed that the AKR has no condition for co-governance with the LDK, but he says the new government should take the country out of crisis.
We don't have to stay in conditions, we're in a difficult situation. In this pandemic situation not only in our country, we have a non-legal government, down from 84 deputies”.
“We have to choose a government which had the most pressing processes ahead and get us out of this crisis. Conditions should be neither we nor other parties”, Makolli said.
Among other things, Makolli clarified that the LDK has had contact with the party leader, but as he said, are awaiting the step by the president.
Pacolli's stuff is out there and there's definitely been contacts but I'm not informed in detail. But once the president takes the step, we cannot take the next”, Makolli said.
