Berisha has said that Health Minister Arben Vitita is not the government's spokesman, but he has to make decisions and implement policies to get through this situation as easily as possible.
According to Berisha, advertising fraud has now begun to fall off the facade.
“Deception, advertising and established packing has started to fall fasada. The Ministry of Health and the minister have no primary duty of informing the population of protective measures, providing statistics of the infected with the Cavid-19 virus, and teaching the population how to behave at this time of pandemic. The minister should not play the role of ministry spokespersons and health institutions spokespersons. Berisha has said the Health Ministry has deceived the population that it has been supplied with 7,000 laboratory tests, when it is actually emerging to be 2,100 sosh itself.
