36 infected with coronary lying in infection, five in serious condition

Infectian Valbon Krasniqi tells Kosovo Press that during the day the results are expected, even for six suspects with virus cords. As it adds that the end of the first week and the second week of April may be crucial. To that end, it depends on how much measures are being respected on the part of citizens.

Krasniqi tells of the condition of patients at the Infectious Clinic, meanwhile, announces that a patient is continuing to stay connected to the respiratory device.

We have 36 patients now lying in clinics that are confirmed with virus-infecture coronarys. While we have six more who will be released during the day, those who resulted from negative, for the second time, and are now considered healthy. It is noteworthy, however, that five patients from these who are lying on the ground are in a more serious condition, three of them are in intensive care of our clinic, and one of them is intruded, connected to the respiratory device, while the situation of other patients is presented well and is stable”, Krasniqi says.

Among other things, he says that during the day the results are expected for six people, suspected with COVID-19, however, their numbers could change during the day.

During the afternoon hours last night and in morning hours today, we have six patients waiting for results today, while others may have been accepted during the morning. So this number differs from access to access, and it's not that we can rely on much. But when we get results tonight, then we can talk about the results. The number of people who come to the clinic varies from clock to hour, because some may come in the morning, some at noon, some in two hours, and so on”, Krasniqi adds to Kosovo Press.

Krasniqi considers that the end of the first week and the second week of April could be crucial, however, according to him, depends on how much measures have been respected so far on the part of citizens.

“Based on what we're seeing with the number of infected people being released within the day, with the scale of the country's epidemic appears to have been largely respected by citizens on the part of recommendations given by our institutions. However, a clearer mirror on whether to respect these measures is expected in the coming days, and prior to the end of the second week of April, from half April onward. Then it will be entirely dependent on whether we will have a large flow of patients or not, by the way and by the extent of how much these recommendations are respected on the part of citizens”, he points out.

Infectian Valbon Krasniqi for Kosova priss says that currently the number of infected at the country's level is not large, he hopes this low degree of spread of the country's pandemic will continue. And it advises citizens to respect the recommendations and measures made by institutions.

“We know it may be difficult for citizens to continue staying at home, but I tell you, have some patience, stay at home, obey the measures. It is not enough to stay at home because we know that you have to go out and buy what you need, continue to respect personal hygiene. If you don't meet the virus on the street, if you don't meet a person with flu symptoms, and you if you haven't touched contaminated environmental issues, then the likelihood of getting the infection is small”, he claims.

So far, 140 persons infected with viruses in Kosovo have been registered. Of them, 23 have recovered, where six of them are over 60 years of age. Meanwhile, the day before was marked the first victim of this pandemic, who was 84 years old.
