Kosovo doctor Wisar Berisha has called on citizens to stay at home and endure at least 10 April.
He said that after April 10th, we can know exactly what will happen to the coronary, which he calls a great and subtle enemy, writes Periscope.
Berisha has proposed that citizens appear only once a week.
