VV proposes draft resolution for tax

Vetevendosje Movement MP chief Rexhep Selimi has proposed a draft resolution regarding the tax on Serbian goods.

1. The Republic of Kosovo is committed to political talks between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Serbia that will result in mutual recognition.

2. The Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo reiterates that the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, state sovereignty, territorial integrity and the unitary state character of the Republic of Kosovo are inconsistent. No one, has the right to negotiate, dialogue or negotiate the sovereignty, territorial integrity, constitutional order and unitary character of the Republic of Kosovo.

3. In line with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo and Constitutional Court Act No. K043/19, of June 27, 2019, is the Government of the Republic of Kosovo that has the mandate to lead the talks and/or dialogue with Serbia, as well as to make preparations for negotiations and negotiate over a possible final agreement that will result in mutual recognition between Kosovo and Serbia, within the irreparable lines of our Republic's constitutional order.
