Bislimi has insisted that there is a secret agreement for exchange of territories between Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq.
He is not convinced that there are secret agreements and adds that Thaci and Vucic have been secretly discussing the agreement by Americans as well.
They say they haven't seen a plan in return. Territorial. This confirms once again that Thaci has made the whole public discussion and the plan to exchange territories without consulting Americans, but only with Vuciqi.
However, there is a difference, previously said to be accepted whatever the parties (Serbia and Kosovo) agree on, little remains to return to the only reasonable doctrine, what Kosovo is immune to at its borders, Bislim adds.
