He in his governing plan has seen the Vetting Process as the evaluation mechanism. Courts, Prosecutors, Police, the Kosovo Intelligence Agency, Dogana, the Police Inspectorate and the Financial Intelligence Unit will be involved in the vetoing.
In addition, the plan reportedly will also be supported by international partners.
“Some of the Government's goals and actions through the veto process are: the invisibility of the Judiciary Council and the Prosecutorial Council and the preservation of judicial integrity, independent and ongoing control of integration through the establishment of a separate and independent entity; the recruiting, promotion and transfer of judges, prosecutors and staff based on professionalism; as well as strengthening of the criteria for integrity control”, it is said in this governing plan.
