Thaci: Unfortunately, the EU is continuing to discriminate against Kosovo, leaving it isolated

Kosovo's president has written that today's decision by the European Union's Council of Ministers to open negotiations for Albania and Northern Macedonia is an important step towards European integration for these two countries, for Albanians and for our entire region.

“Despite continued injustices, the European Union finally began to make merit decisions, and this wish to be a turning point for equal treatment of all Western Balkan states. Unfortunately, the European Union is continuing to discriminate against Kosovo, leaving it isolated and still without candidate status for membership. This is the biggest strategic mistake, the European Union is making against Kosovo”, Thaci wrote on Facebook.
