Thaci authorises Kurti minister for linking two new agreements with EU

The country's president, Hashim Thaci, has today authorised Finance and Transference Minister Besnik Bissim for the signing of two new agreements between Kosovo and the European Union.
The first agreement is for participation in the EU programme “Customs 2020”, while the second for participation in the EU programme “Fiscalis 2020”, Olography writes.
In two such authorisations, Minister Bislimi is authorised by President Thaci to conduct interrelated actions on linking these two co-operation agreements between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Union.
These authorisations have been made in line with President Thaci's constitutional post as foreign policy leader, in support of Article 84 of the Constitution of Kosovo, Article 6 of the Law for the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Article 7 of the Law on International Agreements, and in view of the Kosovo Government's request, no, respectively. 02/04 and 0304 of February 28, 2020.
