“Support Rule No. 0520 for the Administrations of Administrastration of the Office of the Prime Minister and Ministers, with the goal of implementing the Government's decision to take additional measures after confirming the positive cases of COVID19 Corleone, Finance and Transfers Minister Besnik Bislimi made the decision to release temporary release from VAT payment of all grain and flour imports for bread production and bread products<1>
“Based on this decision with automatism and without having to submit specific demands are temporarily released from customs duties and VAT all business production subjects or their contractors, who deal with importing raw materials.
