Tax in Property also postponed

Finance and Transfers Minister Besnik Bislimi has announced the decision made to delay the deadline for issuing property tax bills.

Bislimin has shown that the payment of the first tranche for 2020 is included, as well as the extension of the deadline for submitting complaints to property tax bills and certificates of valued values.

The Property Tax Department is commissioned for implementation of this decision in the Ministry of Finance and Transference and Property Tax Offices in the municipality

We remember that yesterday on March 15th, Deputy Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has announced to the Government's media conference that the payment of all public obligations such as water, current, internet, heating and relief of citizens' lives during the time of confronting the COVID-19 virus will be postponed on a global level. In support of Law No. 06/L-005 for Taxing in Realty Property, Finance and Transference Minister Besnik Bislimi has made the decision to postpone the deadline for issuing property tax bills, paying the first tranche for 2020, and extending the deadline for submitting complaints to property tax bills and valid certificates. The Property Tax Department is commissioned for implementation of this decision in the Ministry of Finance and Transference and Property Tax Offices in the municipality.
