Syla asks: Where are the authors of the Constitution?

Writer Ismail Syla has reacted to Kosovo Constitutional translators because according to him, Article 95 is not being interpreted in the same three official languages in Kosovo.

He has a question for performers and translators of the Constitution which version of this article should be trusted.

“By surrendering entirely to the release of the administration, at least I have the right to ask where the authors and authors of the Kosovo Constitution are. No proposal, no attempt to clarify the current situation on which performance (such a beautiful word, to take steps to move forward, to proceed) must be followed to elect the new government after the dismissal of the one with votes so strong that the Constitution itself can be changed.

The authors, if they are Kosovars, or translators of the Constitution of Kosovo, would ask which version of Article 95 (Prime Minister's Choice) paragraph 5 must be trusted...”, he wrote.

I've said in any case that if there were only economic and justice-directing faculties, I'd be out of line. But thank God there are philosophies, sociologists, literature, psychology, etc. And they wouldn't let me miss an academic education.

In English it says:

5. If the prime minister resigns or for other reasons, his/her post remains at large, the government falls, and the president of the Republic of Kosovo, in consultation with parties (my decision: remember parties, multis) political or the coalition that has won the majority in the Assembly mandates the new candidate, to form Government.

In English it says:

If the Prime Minister reports or for any other reason the post becomes vacant, the Governments, and the President of the Republic of Kosovo applied a new candidate in the unless the majority party, party, community, or community, that they have the majority in the Assembly of the Government.

In Serbian it says:

5. Ukoliko Premier da ostavku il iji nekih razgıloga agovo/Nino mesto ostaje slobodno, Predjednik Republic Kosovoo was consulted as much as politics partisans (my party, single) ili koalicoi coja vija vijla u Skuptini, mije ognova, forra Vlade.

So, which version should we believe, that Albanian party, the political parties, in the plural, or the English majority party, the same and the Serbian, the political party, the same.

The English and Serbian versions are the same for meaning.
