Catholic bishop Dode George has announced that Sunday's Mass will be canceled for believers of Catholic faith.

And this decision came as a preventive measure of the coronary, the pandemic facing the country.

The first Kosovo Catholic Church said that the emergency situation and circumstances related to the Coronavirus have led tomorrow's mass to be celebrated without the presence of believers.

And if we've let you know that the emergency situation and the circumstances around the Coronavirus pandemic can vary from hour to hour in our country, with pain I have to invite you to have tomorrow in all our churches celebrated without the presence of the faithful, say Dode Gjer.

George begged his believers to understand this decision and to stay at home during Mass.

“Lusus the faithful will understand us and during the Mass time stay in their homes, and from there join us in battle for themselves, for families and for all people in Kosovo. Your bishop, Dode Gjerdo”
