Sentenced to 1 Year in Prison for Abuse of Children in Pornography

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has declared Action against accused A.S. for criminal work Misuse of children in pornography.

“accused A.S. It has been convicted and sentenced to prison sentences of 1 (one) year, which will not be executed unless in the period of 2 (two) years the accused commits no other criminal offence. The accused A.S. in the pronounced sentence will also be counted under the detention measure from 14,10.2019 to dt.05.03.2020”.

“accused A.S. has been charged by the prosecution because since October 2019 in Pristina, the accused through the computer app “E-MULE”, using the hotel's internet “Kika”, had distributed 19 videos with pornographic content for children and several other videos, which were caught in the background by police distributing from his laptop, and had made pornography available for children, so that each electronic device that had the E-Mule app installed could have been this approach in the video and other pornographic material”, the Kosovo Police Community says.

The side has the right to appeal to the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
