U.S. Senator Ter Cruz has announced through Twitter that he was affected by coronavrus.
He has indicated that he will be self-syzised in his Texas home for 14 days, as predicted and recommended by doctors.
Senator Cruz, has been infected after a person with whom he had a short conversation and a handshake with him at the CPAC's latest conference turned positive in the coronary.
“I am not experiencing any symptoms and feel good and healthy,” said Cruz in a statement.
Cruz briefed Deputy President Mike Pence, Senate Director Mitch McConnell and White House Chief of Staff on the situation.
Cruz said that interaction with the infected had occurred 10 days ago, after a handshake with him.
