Former Constitutional Court Chairman Enver Hasani has spoken about what happens if he passes the LDK motion against Kurti Government.
Hasani has stressed that if the Government collapses, the president asks the Vetevendosje Movement -- as the first party in the election -- the name of the candidate for prime minister within 15 days.
If VV doesn't have the next candidate, then within 10 days the president must find a third candidate.
According to him, the third candidate could be appointed to co-operation with parties, and that candidate, who has votes in the Assembly.
If the other candidate fails, according to Hasan the country goes to early parliamentary elections.
According to him, there must also be political party wills for going to the polls.
In an interview at RTV 21, he has stressed that the option would also be a technical government, until the new elections are held.
He has been opposing the idea of exchanging territories until he has sought transparency in the process.
Otherwise, tomorrow at 11:00, the Assembly hearing is expected to be held where the LDK's initialed motion for the collapse of Kurti Government is to be discussed and voted
