The law in which the Government has been called for implementation of the restrictions on movement has since been passed by its chief. UNMIK, Joachim Ruecker, on May 5, 2008, before the entry into force of the Kosovo Constitution. So, I think this will lead to legal problems, due to the supremeity of the Constitution.
