Today's prejudice confirms the preservation of the constitutional character and democratic order of our state to any malicious efforts of politicians, and unfortunately in this case of a government, to take over the abolition of the freedoms and rights of Kosovo citizens which guarantee the constitution and international conventions on the rights and freedoms of the people that Kosovo has approved.
The concern posed by the PDK to this unconstitutional decision by the dismissed government Kurti, as well as by many parties, institutions and citizens, today fortunately received a fair epilogue and enabled a dangerous precedent of the banned Prime Minister Kurti to make a “government” the country's constitutional and legal order.
The Republic of Kosovo over these twenty years, despite major challenges ahead, has fortunately managed to establish professional and independent institutions which have judged impartially and preserved the country's constitutional character against any political efforts to affect and attack.
The PDK requires the dismissed government, Kurti and other actors to respect this act of Constitutional Court.
The PDK calls on Kosovo citizens to continue staying at home and to respect the demands of health institutions despite the final epilogue given by the Court to the scandalous decision of the government, which will be remembered as the latest malicious effort to seriously affect Kosovo's fragile democracy.
