The murder of Kemim Kelmend, Family and Prosecutors pending DNA results

On Saturday, there is a week from the funeral of Kemim Kelmendi, the former KLA fighter who was killed on February 27th at 1: 00 p.m. after midnight near his house in Zahaq. But because the corpse has been carbonized neither the family nor the investigative organs have been able to confirm that the body of the deceased is Ayrim Kelmendi's body.

Qerim's brother, Osmani, has said they are waiting for the DNA results. Chief Prosecutor Agim Kurmeha has asked the same thing.

At the memorial complex in Glodjan of Decani with state honours at noon last Saturday, Qerim Kelmendi was buried.

Former fighter of The KLA was found dead in a burning car in his village of Zahaq, Pec, on February 27, after 1: 00 p.m.

But the prosecution conducting investigation into the case has failed to confirm exactly whether the body found in the burned - and - ashes car, found several meters from the deceased's home, was Kelmendi's.

The family of the deceased had only done so on the basis of the car whose owner was Kelmendi, leading to the conclusion that Qerim Kelmendi was the murdered person.

The Express newspaper, a few days after this serious event, has requested data from the State Attorney to how far the investigation has reached the case and whether the carbonised body inside the car found in Zahaq has been at Kelmendi's.

Paya's chief prosecutor, Agim Kurmeheim, told the newspaper of his earlier suspicions that the person who was found killed in the car is about Qerim Klenmendi. But according to him, the prosecution is cutting DNA tests and other expertise to see if it's the same person.

We're still in the investigation phase. The first suspicions are that the person killed in the burnt car is Kemim Kelmendi. We're expecting DNA analysis and other expertise to prove if it's about the same person”, Kurmeheim has declared.

Peja's prosecution said they are still in the initial phase of the investigation and pending the necessary expertise.

The case-related “is committed to the prosecution of the case, along with all relevant police units, and all necessary investigative actions are under way, and relevant experts are under way to put concrete results to the discovery of possible perpetrators of this affair”, Plate's Prosecutor stated.

The family was officially not confirmed to be slain as Cemendi

The Kelmendi family has already finished seeing you for their family. Officially from competent institutions, the family has yet to receive any evidence that the dead person found in the car was the Qerim.

The brother of the deceased, Osman Kelmendi, has stated that on the basis of the car they have learned that the dead person in the car is Kerim Kelmendi.

He claims that a carbonized body was put in the coffin, but there was no sign in it that the buried body could be the Qerim.

Even so, they believe their brother was killed.

And at midnight on February 27th, on the “Garage of Blerim Kelmendi”, in Zahaq, a burning car. The potential killers of this work have not yet been discovered.
